| If "tell me about yourself" was an hour-long essay topic, I'd say, "Fuck it all, I'm taking an incomplete." What does one say about oneself without sounding like a major self-righteous ass? I guess, I could say I live out in the boondocks. I take great inspiration from the landscapes and conditions that I live in and around, for Alberta has always been the greatest juxtaposition of the poorest working class and the richest oil-field barons, which does give a lot of material to draw inspiration from. I rarely, if ever, draw from a reference in landscapes (people are a much different story:S), it's all from that strange and fantastic brain-organ of mine, that I am quite gald to be in possession of... I have a strong interest in the designs and colours of the early 1940's until the mid 1970's, mostly ranging in the "Beaux Arts, Art-Nouveau, Art-Deco, Modern, and Contemporary Modern" area, although I do like the flowered patterns and heavy-handed approach to wood funriture of the 1970's, and often take a strong interest in Elizabethian-to-Victorian age clothing and architecture, and the people of course. In my hometown, I have a few people who I thoroughly enjoy hanging around with, even if there is never anything to do, and that lends a great inspiration to my work on many different levels  And it usually keeps me in a good mood, which can't hurt That's all I have to say about me really....oh, geez, I suppose that's quite a lot...if I seen that while I was perusing a page I'd problably just skim over it and fall back into my internet-induced coma... ANYWHO, I hope you enjoy my gallery, and my style however trite it may be in somes eyes, leave a comment, mark a fave if you may. And if you don't enjoy my gallery, well, the internet's a MIGHTY big place...so don't get your panties in a bunch about it. "If I never respond to comments and things, it's because I'm a lazy ass.
